Community Development Centre
is the grass root development organization in the state of Madhya Pradesh in India.
CDC has been completed skill development project with the support of FVTRS [Functional Vocational Training and Research Society] Bangalore. One year project has been successfully implemented in the tribal block Baihar of Balaghat district. Details about the project given in below.
Project Name
Skill development of Drop out youths [ST, SC & OBC] through Vocational Training in Baihar Block District Balaghat Madhya Pradesh.
Aim of the Project
To impart and upgrade skills of the school dropout youth from tribal and other backward communities through vocational training programme with focus of environment stability.
Objectives of the Project
To impart vocational skill training to 100 rural unemployed school dropout youths from tribal, marginalized and backward class community in three different trades on the basis of their choice and local employment/ entrepreneurship opportunities for a sustainable living with dignity.
To train the above youths with value education and personality development and to integrate them into the mainstream society.
To promote new, new innovative, sustainable environment friendly and viable livelihood for the local communities.
